Follow up the operations on 15 LSTK rigs working on Drilling and Re-entry wells.

Monitor and Develop the drilling Engineers thru a wellsite operational/ engineering training programs.

Monitor and coaching the Senior & team lead engineers.

Review all Risk assessment for any new wells. Review all drilling programs before submission to

the Client. Meet with the client to close any disputes,

especially for OOS operations and OOS plans. Provide the technical support to the team leads

and engineers whenever required for both client discussion and/or internal decision.

Fill in for Project Managers in all three projects when needed.

Explore the new technologies with the client and/or internally within CPM.

Ensure that all Programs adhere with our HMS. Monitor and Develop the DEAL engineers thru a

set program. Ensure that all engineers are aware and familiar

with the four control points and Five Focus areas. Supervise the RTOC team to install/run/utilize

Openwells on all of our CPM rigs.

January 2014- June 2016: working as Engineering supervisor for South Ghawar/Khurais projects (LSTK) for Aramco thru HPM.

Responsibilities: Supervise Senior and Junior drilling engineers that

following up the nine drilling rigs (Sino/TDI). Review the drilling program & End of well reports. Follow up the daily operation for the rigs as focal

point for implementation of lesson learned. Review AAR for each well. Review wells Profit & loss sheets. Cover project managers shortage whenever

needed. Sep. 2010- January 2014: Working for Aramco

(south Ghawar field) on LSTK project through Halliburton Project Management (HPM) as a Sr. Drilling Engineer.

Responsibilities : Working in South Ghawar (Abqaiq) following up rig

daily drilling operation. Preparing drilling programs. Planning wells with different trajectory (vertical &

Horizontal); planning includes (Offset wells study, Direction profile, bit selection, casing profile & design, cement, mud program, hydraulics calculation, BHA design, drilling time).

Performing performance tracking, pick up lesson learned and looking for a new possibilities to improve the performance.

Frequent visits to the rigs. Prepare end of well reports. Contact Halliburton divisions to move the required

services on time. Using LandMark Package for planning.

March 2010- Sept. 2010: Worked for Halliburton Project Management (HPM) as Technical Lead Engineer from Dubai to Prepare and review all technical aspects for Iraq tenders for ENI & Bp turnkey & W.O projects.

Oct. 2008- March 2010: Worked as a Sr. Drilling

Engineer in Hassi Messaoud field for SONATRACH thru HPM (Algeria).

Worked for HPM on study for Naftogas in A.U.E to achieve best well planning for well Hamad-1 exploratory well.

Study for Dubai Petroleum (DPE) include the best

performance available to enhance the cost saving. Worked on a study on western desert for AGIBA/

ENI including the best performance enhancement for well planning and well design.

Plan & design two drilling wells for Halliburton as training wells.

Help and support in preparation of ROSNEFT (Algeria) tender.

Help in the initial preparation for STATOIL tender for ultra deep water project.
