Responsible for following up Instrumentation maintenance job and
troubleshooting problems.
Responsible for Troubleshooting PLC Problems, Performing
Software Editing if required.
Responsible for following up the Installation, Commissioning and
start-up of project during construction.

Selected Achievements Full programming of Water treatment plant in EIPET Including PLCs and HMIs from zero
level during the construction of the plant which saved company Time and money, the plant is
working perfectly.
Full programming of Packing Area SCADA System in EIPET, the system is able to monitor
full data of 6 packing lines and it can send daily report to management and to whom concern,
the connection was done with MODBUS protocol.
Preventing Port-Said El-Herafeen station in Gastec from shutdown for may be one month
because of severe damage in control HMI, this type of HMI is obsolete, and we were
supposed to wait until Stock HMI reaches from Argentina, My Solution was modifying the
HMI to other available type of HMI in 6 Hours and successfully running station again.
Technical Skills
Dealing with different types of PLCs like Siemens SIMATIC S7 200, S7 300, ET200S, S7
1200, and Modicon PLCs.
Dealing with different types of instrumentations:
- Pressure switches, Transmitters with different types.
- Level transmitters with different types, like guided wave radar, radioactive,
Displacer, Bubbler, and Float.
- Temperature sensors RTDs, PT100 and Thermocouples.
- Flow transmitters with different types, like magnetic, coriolis, differential pressure,
Vortex, Rotameters, Orifice, and Annubar.
- Control Valves, Positioners, ON-OFF valves and Solenoids.
- Vibration transmitters, Switches and Gas Detectors.
- Gas analyzers (Oxygen and Hydrogen analyzers).
