”I have something to tell you…” … or ”you can never guess what I have experienced”. These phrases are what most Swedes want to say when returning home from vacation. You want to experience something unique, be able to describe a fantastic restaurant, a place, a meeting, an accommodation that far exceeded your expectations. That is why you have Escape.

Escape is a good friend that has travelled every where in the world and that happily shares initiated as well as personal pointers. We write for the traveller that makes demands on their trips. For those who want to experience a destination and come home with an extraordinary tale: of that new opened restaurant, a visit to a hidden waterfall, a secret boutique hotel, a unique store or an unforgettable encounter.

Many people refer to us as “Sweden’s most exclusive travel magazine”. This natu-rally makes us proud. And is the secret to our success. To us the word exclusive does not necessarily mean expensive. By exclusive we mean unique, odd, or selec-ted. The secrets you want to share.
