STEP 1 DOWNLOAD THE APP

Download theAIA Vitality Weekly Challenge appfrom the App Store or Google Play.

Select Malaysia as your location, then sign in using your existing AIA Vitality Member Portal Username and password.

STEP 2 GET YOUR VITALITY AGE

Your weekly target will be displayed upon completion.Select “Get My Vitality Age” and complete the Vitality Age questionnaire.IMPORTANT NOTE: • You must obtain your AIA Vitality Age by completing the Vitality Age questionnaire

before you can start earning your rewards.• If you have completed your Vitality Health Review on the AIA Vitality Member Portal

(in the current membership year), you can skip the Vitality Age questionnaire.3

LINK YOUR DEVICE

Link your favourite fitness tracking apps and devices (eg; Apple Health, S Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar etc.) to the app. Once your device or app is linked, you can start working towards your weekly target.

STEP 4 GET ACTIVE

Achieve your weekly target 2 weeks in a row and get a reward.

Start getting active and earn up to 100 points daily via your fitness tracking device/app, gym workouts at Fitness First or participating in organised fitness events.

The weekly target will automatically reset every Monday at 00:00.

Start enjoying your well-deserved rewards! Remember to redeem your reward within 14 days (effective from the date you achieve your second week target).

Select the TGV Cinemase-voucher. And click‘Confirm’.

Select “Choose Your Rewards”.

Redeem your e-voucher at any TGV Cinemas ticketing counter nationwide.

When you are ready to redeem your e-voucher, go to your “Rewards Wallet”. Select your e-voucher and click “Ready to use now”.
