Get Student Id:

Step1: Navigate to the below URL to access Get Student ID Form.

Step 2: Enter the Following details of Student to Get Student Unique Id

Enter the Following Details

then click on Get Student Id

Button

Step 3: If wrong Student Details are entered then Student Id will not be displayed.

Step 4: If the Student Details are correct then Student Id is displayed.

The Student will make a note of the Student Unique Id for future reference.

Create Student Profile

Step 1: Navigate to the below URL.

Click on Student Profile Tab and a screen will be displayed. To create the student profile click

on Create Student Profile Button.

Click on Create Student Profile

Step 2: Enter Student Unique Id and Press enter. It might take few seconds. The Student

Details will be displayed.

Step 3: Student profile is created, Click on Save Button. Student can edit only Email address,

Phone Number and Mobile Number.

Step 4: If profile is already created an error message will be displayed.

Step 5: Click on Edit Student profile Button and enter the Student Unique Id and click on

enter to Edit Student Profile. Student can edit only Email address, Phone Number and Mobile

Number.

Upload Project

Step 1:To upload the Project navigate to Upload Project Screen Tab. Student give all the

details in the form and click on Upload Project. Student needs to first validate his details

than only he/she can upload the project.

Enter the Following Details

then click on Upload Project

Button.

Step 2: Only valid Student can upload the Project. If the given student details are incorrect

then the read only page will be displayed and the student cannot upload the project details.

Step 3: If Provided Student details are correct then New button will be enabled and student

will be able to Upload Project.

Click on New Button to add Project details.

Specify If Others field is editable only when type of Project is Others.

Name Of Industry is editable only when Type Of Project is Industry Sponsored.

Name of Joint IPR Holder is editable when IPR Details is Joint IPR.

Step 4: Click on Team details tab then click on New Button to Add Team Details.

On entering a valid student unique id, all details will populate itself, except department and

semester. All fields except department and semester are read only.

It is compulsory for project owner to add own details in team details tab.

Step 5: Click on Attachment Tab and then click on New Button to Add Project Attachments.

Only PDF File can be attached. For Under Graduate and Diploma courses maximum of 5 MB

can be added and for PG courses maximum of 20 MB can be uploaded.

Step 6: Click on Guide/Co Guide Tab and click on New Button to add guide details.

For Co Guide: all details are editable and required.

For Guide : On entering a correct faculty unique id, all details will populate itself. On saving

the current record, it will become read only.

Step 7: Click on Patent details tab to add Patent Details. New button in Patent Details tab is

only active if Is Patent Filed is Y. It is mandatory to add details if Is Patent Filed is Y.

Step 8:Click On Submit Button to Submit The Project. The Project Submission Message will be

Displayed. If the submit button is not clicked the Project Details will not be uploaded on the

server and will not be available in Download project list.

Download Project

Step 1: To download the Project, click on the Download Project Screen tab. Give the student

details and click on Download Project. Student needs to first validate his details than only

Enter the following details, and then

click on Download Project Button

Step 2: Only valid Student can Download the Project. If the given student details are

incorrect so the read only page will be displayed. Download Project button will be disabled.

Step 3: If Provided Student details are correct then Download Project button will be enable.

Click on Download Project Button to Download the Project.

Step 4:The Student fill any of the below details to search the required project in case the

fields are left blank and student clicks on go button, all the uploaded project will be listed.

Step 5: Searched Project will be listed.

Step 6: Click on Attachment to Download the Project.

Upload CV Details

Step 1: To upload the CV Details navigate to Upload CV Details Screen Tab. Student give all

the details in the form and click on Upload CV Details. Student needs to first validate his

details than only he/she can upload CV Details.

Enter the Following Details then click

on Upload CV Details Button.

Step 2: Only valid Student can upload the CV Details. If the given student details are

incorrect then the read only page will be displayed and the student cannot upload the CV

Details.

Step 3: If Provided Student details are correct then only Student can Upload his CV Details.

Step 4: Click on Marks details tab then click on New Button to Add Marks Details.

Step 5:Click On Upload CV Details Button to Upload the CV. The CV Uploaded Message will be

Displayed. If the Upload CV Details button is not clicked the CV Details will not be uploaded

on the server and will not be apply for any job.

Search Job

Step 1:The Student fill any of the below details to search the required job in case the fields

are left blank and student clicks on go button, all the jobs will be listed.

Step 2: Select the job and Click on Add job posting to Cart Button to add job to your Cart.

Please Enter Valid Student Unique Id in which You want to add the job otherwise error

message will be displayed.

Step 3 : If Provided Student Id is valid and job is not already added to cart so the Message will

be displayed.

My Job Posting Cart

Step 1: To apply for the jobs, which are added to cart navigate to My Job Posting cart Screen

Tab. Student give all the details in the form and click on Validate Button. Student needs to

first validate his details than only he/she can Apply for the job. Only valid student can apply

for the job, if provided details are incorrect so read only page will be displayed.

Enter following details and click on

Validate Buttoning Details then click on

Upload CV Details Button.

Step 2 : Select the jobs for which you want to apply and click on Apply for Job Posting Button. Student

CV Details is sent to company as Application for that particular job and Message is Displayed. Maximum

5 jobs can be Applied at a time.

Step 3 : If Valid till date is passed for that job so Error message is displayed.

Once company enters its credentials it gets access to the company related screens.

Company Profile:

Step 1:

Company can create its profile by clicking on “Create Company Profile” button and it can select

the company details from the pick list attached to the field “Company”.

Step 2:

Company can click on “Add Company” button, if it cannot find company details from the pick

list to add its details and then create its profile.

Step 3:

Once the profile creation is done company should click on “Confirm Company Profile” button to

create job postings.

Step 4:

Once the Company confirms its profile then profile becomes read only and Job Posting button

will be enabled to create job postings.

Step 5:

Company can edit profile by clicking on “Edit Company Profile” button but the Company name

cannot be changed.

All Companies:

Step 1:

Company can Add Company details in “All Companies” screen, if the desired company details

are not available in Company Profile.

Search Candidates:

Step 1:

Company can search the student profiles based on search criteria.

Step 2:

The student profiles will be seen in Company Search Result Tab and Company can shortlist the

student profiles by selecting the profiles of its interest.

These shortlisted profiles will be seen in “Shortlisted Candidates” screen.

Shortlisted Candidates:

Step 1:

Company can contact the students of its interest by email by selecting the Job Title (against

which it is contacting the candidates) and the contacted candidate list will be seen in

“contacted candidates” tab.
