International Internship Programme Management Team Member (Global Community Development Programme)
Role Managing operations and procedures, in order to fully deliver Outgoing Global Community Development Programme to participants.
Responsibilities Work with a team of 5 people on:
• Product Management & Delivery • Customer Servicing • HR Recruitment & Selection Processes Implementation • 100% individual goal completion- plan realization • Reporting on individual responsibilities and performance on Team Leader and filling all
necessary tracking tools
Start Month: March End Month: November
- Future possibilities: Team Member (in the same or another Functional) - Team Leader (in the same or another Functional) - Project Manager (in the same or another Functional) - Organizing Committee Member - GCDP or GIP experience (given the criteria of participation are covered) - AIESEC international experiences - Executive Board Member 2013
