Personal Development
Truly successful people aren't satisfied with comfort. Pushing their own limits is how
they get to greatness. Therefore, AIESEC Global Citizen program facilitates such a
challenging environment for your personal development. By being a part of an
international team working in a country far away from home, young people have to
adapt quickly to different cultures and perspectives. They learn how to be strong and
independent in all situations and by that developing leadership and communication
skills.
Cross-cultural Experience
Students who join the program have the chance to research and learn about world
issues, culture, history, architecture, cuisine, language, economy and the people in the
host country. They will also gain global mindset when working in a team with many
nationalities.
Social Impact
The world needs people who care not only about their personal development but also
the community they belong to. By working in projects centered around social issues,
young people will feel more socially responsible, know how to contribute to the
society and strive to be a better person.
