I/ Vietnam's World Heritages:

1/ Halong Bay:

Whenever speaking of Halong bay, one should talk first about the beauty of its natural landscape.

It is worthy of preservation and inclusion in the list of world heritages as a natural heritage”.

2/ Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park:

Phong Nha- Ke Bang National park is recognized for its diversity in the ecosystem with beautiful limestone formations, grottoes and caves, the longest underground rivers, the largest caverns and passageways, the widest and prettiest sand banks, and the most astonishing rock formations in the world. Moreover, the primitive tropical forest in Phong Nha- Ke Bang houses hundreds of rare and unique species many of which are listed in the Vietnam and World Red book.

My Son was an imperial city of Cham dynasty between the 4th and 12th centuries. My Son comprises of more than seventy ancient architectural works which include temples and towers that connect to each other with complicated red brick designs.

4/ Hue Imperial City:

Hue is one of places which has many cultural heritages. Up to now, there is no places like Hue remaining a lot of originally historical vestiges as in this ancient Capital City.

Besides, Hue is a place where the royal music is originated, and a place with traditional famous dishes and sophisticated handicraft..

AIESEC in FTU HCMC

In September 2008, AIESEC FTU was established and became the first stable university-based local chapter of AIESEC in Vietnam.

In AIESEC FTU, we aim to develop leadership potential of our members, help them to be equipped with management skills and knowledge so that they can become future leaders who can have positive impact on society.

You will work with not only Vietnamese but also many foreign friends from every corner of the world including: Asia, Europe, America….

In addition, FTU HCM LC’s activities are also extremely fascinating, useful and always welcoming to interns. Such activities are excellent occasions to get acquaintance with Vietnamese AIESECers who are talented, dynamics and especially helpful.

You have two offers:

Working for a Company in Vietnam: grants you a valuable chance to not only improve skills, fulfill potentials but also experience different working styles and mindsets. It is both an opportunity and a challenge from which you will surely learn a lot of things!

Working voluntarily for our Social Projects: “Living with HIV” project and “Hope for Children” project.

+ “Living with HIV”: starting in 2009, this project has a strong foundation now. However, we want it to develop more so that more and more people will not only be educated but also make clear impact on people around them

+ “Hope for children”: It is a brand-new project that has just been run in 2011 as an initiative of AIESEC Vietnam to erase the gap between underprivileged children and society.

The Chance To make A Positive Impact

on this country and on the world: Whether working for companies or helping with projects, interns are contributing in one way or another to the development of Vietnam.

Interns complement new, special and distinguished elements to enhance the “diversity” factor in Vietnamese culture. What could you learn when you join our Projects?

You definitely experience Vietnamese culture during your internship in Vietnam. However, we can also offer other learning points through our projects

+ “Living with HIV”: Current situation of HIV in Vietnam and all around the world; experience in project management, event organizing, team work and working with HIV children; creative in designing content for events, public speaking skills; diversifying working

+ “Hope for Children”: Current reality of underprivileged children in Vietnam and Asia; experiencing in project management, organizing events, working with children; creative, teaching skills, public speaking; learning to plan and working with a multicultural group

Special Service From Intern Supporting Team

Sanitary Accommodation You will be hosted by native families. During this immersion program, you will share the day-to-day life and special activities with host families to learn about Vietnamese customs, diet and habits.

We also research into the network of hostels, hotels or guesthouses which are qualified, cheap and not too far from the city centre.

Intern Guide features all necessary knowledge and tips for a comfortable life in this city, including information about: food, transportation, places to visit, Vietnamese habits, clubs to join, advice in common difficult situations… and numerous other things.

Warm reception and support in legal issue

Interns service team is in charge of picking you up at the airport and taking you to your host family (if you come Vietnam from 7am to 9pm)

Intern Introduction Day is another event that you can not forget if you come with us. This aims to provide some basic knowledge about life and culture of Vietnamese to minimize cultural shock. We also support you in getting visa and work permit from companies.

Participation in integration activities

We have carefully built the Integration plan which lists out all fantastic activities that interns may wish to take part in. They can be regular events of AIESEC FTU HCMC ( our Local Committee) such as Local chapter meeting, Farewell party, Award night…or those organized just for you with the attendance of LC members like Welcoming party, hanging out activities…In addition, we are also planning to corporate with other clubs that involve foreign friends in HCM city

Nothing is perfect! Obviously your internship may be unsatisfying at some points but in the end they turn to be valuable experiences. Therefore, if thinking of such obstacles may prevent you from coming to us, the opportunity costs will be much more unbearable!
