What is a qualified Lead?

Ideal Referral Referral is YOU or another AIESEC Alumni. Referral is a decision maker or has access to a decision maker. Talent Management/HR Profile

** The most important is to have access to a decision maker and doesn’t NEED to be an alumni.

Alumni Support Alumnus has a 15 min call with the LC to coach them regarding the referral PRIOR to

company meeting. Ideally, Alumni is present at the meeting with the referral physically or virtually. Alumni makes an e-mail/phone introduction to the referral including the LC.

Minimum Company Requirements: 3 million annual revenue Minimum 25 employees 1:5 employee to trainee ratio At least 3 years old

** If the first two are not met we can still work with the company but need to conduct a site visit to assess working environment
