2. Rules of using email in LCRule #1: MUST use AIESEC email to communicate

within LC & with external partners.

Rule #2: Naming subject:- Start from general info (function/position)- Put the most specific info as the main subject.- Only add “important/urgent” when it really is.- Examples:

Rule #3: Sending- Right people, right time.- Follow COMM guideline.

Rule #4: Replying:- Be flexible between “Reply to all” & “Reply”- Reply to all:

+ Tasks/Activities within team/subteam.+ Everyone can keep track.

- Reply: Reply to the sender only (suggested, not required)

+ Whole LC activities+ Only OC/function-in-charge keeps track of the emails.
