Design a marketing plan for an OGX campaign leading to 150 opens in the first second semester of 2015. Consider goal, target audience, channel, message, timeline of activities, accountabilities and syn-ergies, and budget. Show specifically the customer journey map of each channel.

Analyze AIESEC in CR program growth since 2012 (for IGCDP, IGIP and OGCDP), what has been Market-ing’s behavior and role in the programs. With this analysis, create an action plan of the key changes that should happen in the national Marketing (consider LC role), please included: - Strategy for ensuring we get the right customers faster into our ELD programmes - Strategy to improve the conversion rate. - Strategy to attract through di�erent channels following stakeholders: students and organizations.

How will you ensure nationally that the AIESEC brand image is aligned throughout the whole country?

What are the biggest bottlenecks of the external and public relations (university relations, media, en-dorsement from Governments and Credible organizations, events, country branding, etc.) in AIESEC Costa Rica? What would be the 3 main strategies for you to tackle them?
