Thank you for expressing your interest in AIESEC in MoC for experiencing a dynamic culture and

embarking on a fulfilling learning experience with passionate and motivated AIESECers. Are you

looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself? Do you want to step out of your comfort zone and

experience a different AIESEC experience outside of Singapore? This opportunity might be the one

AIESEC in MoC was established 12 years ago. Today, with 35 LCs and 3000 active members, AIESEC

in MoC has become one of the best performing entity in the entire AIESEC global network. At the

beginning of this year, AIESEC in MoC had also won the IGN excellence award in IPM 2014.

This CEEDership aims to explore a new way of raising new opportunities for significant growth

together with our country partners. We are expecting to exchange ideas with you and learn about how

sales and account management are done in your country and how GIP product positioning is like in

different markets. As a iGIP sales CEEDer in MoC, you will be able to gain networking experience with

corporates and gain insights of the emerging Chinese market. You will be the pioneer in upscaling

MoC – Singapore’s partnership by creating opportunities for Singapore youths to gain exposure in

this world’s fastest economic growing nation.

AIESEC in MoC Member Committee 14-15 and AIESEC in Singapore Member Committee 14-15

As a CEEDer, you will be the pioneer in upscaling the GIP partnership

between AIESEC in Singapore and AIESEC in MoC on the sub-products

Marketing and IT.

During the CEEDership, you will receive support from Member Committee

of AIESEC in MoC and AIESEC in Singapore to help you meet the goals

and ensure quality learning experiences. You will also work directly with the

Local Incoming Exchange portfolio to support them in achieving greater

growth and better performance.

The overview of commitment level is as follows:

Time Period: Early December – Early

January

Duration: 6 weeks

Daily Commitment: 5 work days per

week; 8 hours per day at least (9am –

6pm)

• Raise Marketing/IT TNs for Singapore EPs through BD

process (market research, cold call/networking etc., sales

meeting)

• Build partnership with business associations

• Target and approach Singapore companies/companies with

business in Singapore

• Target and approach start-ups/SMEs

• Contribute and implement new ideas for market exploration

• Attend weekly meetings with MCVP iGIP of AIESEC in MoC

and MCVP oGIP of AIESEC in Singapore

• Delivery coordination with AIESEC in Singapore

1. No. of effective sales meetings per week;

2. No. of TN raised;

3. No. of TN matched.

1. Understanding of Marketing/IT industry in China

2. Resource management skills;

3. Communication skills;

4. Project management skills;

5. Sales skills.

Before Arriival

• Education of Singapore oGIP knowledge or basic sales training

• Education of local business environment and AIESEC operation details in MoC

• Complete market research and company prospecting list

During CEEDership

• Week 1: Get to know MoC iGIP; Market research; Cold calling and networking. Target: 60 phone calls for business meetings booking. Goal: 5 meetings booked. You can approach our BD or trainees in the local entity for resources and contact sharing

• Week 2: At least 6 meetings and another 5 meetings booked. Hope can achieve 3 Ra this week. Keep Cold calling (30+) and networking

• Week 3: Peak for contract signing. Hope we can achieve 10 Ra totally at this time

• Week 4: Continue with follow ups. Ensure at least 5 – 10 Ra this week

• Week 5: Flexible depending on performance. Co-delivery planning.

• Week 6: Flexible depending on performance. Account transition.

After CEEDership

• TN information transition

• Consolidation of learnings

1. Current membership in NST or one of the LCs in Singapore is required

2. Current or past experience in Business Development/Sales is required

3. Current or past experience in oGIP function is preferred

4. Current or past TL leadership experience is preferred

5. Marketing skills, presentations/documentation and sales skills

6. Strong business acumen

Support from AIESEC in MoC

• Visa application support

• Relevant materials for CEEDership works

• Weekly meetings for review

• Other support related to sales

• A buddy from the LC that you will be based in

• Free accommodation

Support from AIESEC in Singapore

• Weekly meetings for review

• Support related to EP supply

• Full subsidy for flight and work-related transportation if 10 TNs are raised

• Partial subsidy for flight and work-related transportation based on percentage of goal completion
