BRIDGE PROJECTThere is a missing link between the needs of the employers and what actually the job seekers are oering mainly recent graduates. According to a recent survey conducted by AIESEC, employers are not getting the right skills and competencies they are looking for from the recent graduates .The Bridge is a conceived idea by AIESEC Tanzania where nalist students across Universities in Tanzania get the opportunity to have their soft skills be developed while they are still in University so that they get themselves prepared for the job market.

ASK PROJECT (Answer solution and knowledge around HIV/AIDS)The ASK Project is an EAP(Empowering Africa Program) which is run to raise HIV/AIDS peer educators among Junior and Senior High students resulting in constant awareness on their campuses.

PINK PROJECTBreast cancer is exploding in low- and middle-resource countries worldwide, and it is not being properly managed. Breast cancer is currently the number one cause of cancer deaths in women around the globe. Pink project aims to create awareness on breast cancer and it prevention and treatments to young women and men in secondary schools, colleges and society, to be able to reduce rates of mortality and improve the society standard of living.

YES (TANZANIAN YOUNG ENTREPRENUERS )AIESEC in Tanzania have decided to do dierent projects on specically Micronance and entrepreneur ship to give skills and more condent to Tanzania society to be able to have entrepreneurship mind-set to start their own business.

CULTURE AND GLOBALIZATIONTanzania is a safe haven of peace for immigrants. This range of diversity of people has created an exciting mixof people, cultures and traditions in Tanzania. While globalization is “shrinking ” the world and increasing the consciousness of it as a whole its bringing futile eorts to preservation of Tanzanian culture to no avail leaving youth detached from their own culture, lacking originality and lost. This project aims to create cultural awareness, promote cultural heritage and embracing cultural diversity.Period of the project Six to eight weeks maximum
