What is AIESEC?AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development ex-periences. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international in-ternships & volunteer experiences for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment across 124 countries & territories.

Selection Process Control

You determine the extent to which you want to be involved in the selection process. Also, you define the criteria that prospective applicant should meet and may chose selection methods in addition to the existing ones. We assist your business through the selection process to help you benefit from the enormous selection.

Hassle-free Process

We provide all support necessary to the incoming intern to ensure that you gain benefits of international talent without hassle. This support includes VISA processing, finding accommoda-tion, providing transport support, helping the intern become socially and culturally integrated in the new environment
