AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world is-sues, leadership and management. Selection Process Control

You determine the extent to which you want to be involved in the selection process. Also, you define the criteria that prospective applicant should meet and may chose selection methods in addition to the existing ones. Hassle-free Process

We provide all support necessary to the incoming intern to ensure that you gain benefits of international talent without hassle. This support includes VISA processing, finding accommoda-tion, providing transport support, helping the intern become socially and culturally integrated in the new environment
