Step by step guide on how to use myaiesec.net

Many thanks for joining AIESEC UK’s GoGlobal this Summer programme.

We are excited - and hope you are too - for your summer volunteer placement abroad. In order to confirm final specific destinations and dates, you need to be added to our internal database (myaiesec.net). It is also a great source for further information regarding your volunteer placement and country.

Having registered, and now able to log-on, here are the four steps required to create (“raise”) your unique Exchange Participant (EP) form.

1. Click on “Take Global Community Development Programme”. Global Community Development Programme (GCDP) is AIESEC International’s terminology, for what is called in AIESEC UK our GoVolunteer Programmes.

2. Please update your Personal, Academic & Professional Information, Backgrounds, Skills and Languages. Much of this information will be transfered from your original registration.

If you have any of the profile as incomplete, there would be a red asterix by the link and you will note be able to continue.

3. Please update your personal preference (dates) and regions (destination).

4. Click show EP details. The form is generated and, if satisfied, can save as in the screen below.

This is the final step. Your unique Exchange Participant form is generated and ready to be matched to your volunteer placement, with your preferable dates.
