Athletics Day Challenge: I enjoyed the challenge of

competing against other people on athletics day. It made me try my hardest, and I performed a better distance in both javelin and shot put.

Social Factors:I enjoyed the amount of practical time we had leading up to athletics day to prepare for our events. I enjoyed being able to work with my friends. At times this pushed me to try harder, or they gave me advice on how to improve.At other times, it was distracting, especially on hot days when I just wanted to lie in the sun and gossip with my friends.

Pollyball/ Roccer Fun and Enjoyment:I found it hard to enjoy Pollyball because I didn’t understand the rules very well. After the team knew how to get the other team out, it became more enjoyable.

My personal wellbeing: I did not get very involved in Roccer because I am not confident at football, and some of the guys can be rough. I didn’t want to get injured so I tended to hang back during Roccer.
