Development, production and sales of electromechanical and electro-nic components as well as tailor-made solutions for power and signal distribution with intelligent connection technology and innovative electronics including service are the core competences of the organization.
The funktional security of our safety-related products is the focus of our processes. We support and advise our customers regarding machine safety over the entire life cycle of a machine or production system.
The respective logistics processes (dispatch, transport and storage) are partly carried out with support from external suppliers.
The Management Manual forms part of the complete documentation of the integrated, global management system of the Wieland Group. The organizational structure and responsibilities within the organization are defined in organization charts, process maps, process descriptions and further documents.
The integrated Wieland Group management system has a matrix certification in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Further requirements from standards, such as DIN EN ISO 14 001, DIN EN ISO 17025, EMAS, ATEX, IECEx, AEO or automotive standards have been integrated accordingly and are verified with the relevant certificates.
The Management Manual is issued in German and English.

Structure and DesignTaking interested parties into account
Company strategy and operational processes require that the organization knows what the requirements and expectations of interested parties are and to take that into account when developing the organization. To do so, interested parties are analyzed regularly and relevant requirements and expectations are documented in an overview. The involved processes and documents are part of the integrated management system.

Structure and DesignDefining and Implementing Improvements
Wieland Group Process MapThe entire system of processes is described in process maps, with the detailed implementation and assignment of responsibilities defined in process descriptions, work instructions and management records. Management records are documents stating directives.
The starting point of the systems of processes is the Wieland Group Process Map, which is a central performance process and defines and tracks the vision, mission, strategy and operational management. It is supported by roles at the locations.
Further central performance processes, such as generating innovation, developing products, processing orders, production, logistics and sales, are realized in different locations.
Central processes are implemented as Wieland Group processes and are managed centrally.
