1. The NSIC has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel this enlistment or withhold issuance of

Competency Certificate wherever required in the event of any amount, whether by way of Hire Purchase,Taxes, dues or otherwise remaining overdue and unpaid to NSIC or to any Govt. Department and on the

receipt of adverse reports from any Govt. Departmentetc against you.

2. By virtue of this Registration Certificate issued by NSIC, you will be entitled for (i) supply of tenders freeof cost.(ii) exemption from payment of earnest money. (iii) Exemption from payment of security depositt upto monetary limit. (iv) price preference upto 15 percent over the quotation of large scale units dependingon merits of each case in accordance with Circular No. CUO08/78-BPE/MM dt. 12th January 1978 and

circular No.21 (1)2000-EP&M Dt.28/08/2000.

3. For Renewal of Governments Purchase Enlistment Certificate on expiry of every two years from the

date of certificate, you are required to apply for the same SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE with documents

like original Governments Enlistment Certificate issued by NSIC, List of major Government Ordersexecuted during last two years, Audited Balance Sheet with Profit & Loss Accounts for last two years,

copy of PAN No., list of addition 1 deletion in Plant Machinery with original value, Valid SSI registrationcertificate and a declaration confirming that your ownership 1rent deed as also pollution, factory and municipallicences arevalid.

4. Where there is change in constitution of the unit and inspection is not involved, it will be treated as

Renewal and the unit will ~ave to pqy Rs. 20001-along with documents for effecting change in their NSICEnlistmentCertificate.
