A restock fee and return freight charges may apply and be the responsibility of the customer. A return authorization MUST be given prior to the return. Any return without proper RA information will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. The customer is also responsible for any shipping charges for any order needing expedited shipping methods (Overnight, 2 day service etc…) per the customers request.

Receipt of delivery: When receiving a delivery, please be sure to check the shipment for any damage or lost items BEFORE the carrier leaves your facility. All damage and/or lost items MUST be noted on the proof of delivery (POD) document in order for a proper claim to be filed. Failure to do so will result in loss of claim or credit.

Concealed Damage: BABCO must be notified of any concealed damage within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Any documentation of concealed damage is helpful (photos w/email explaining concealed damage). If BABCO is not notified within 10 days after receipt of order, compensation for damage will not be given.

Payment Terms: Contract Terms of Government Purchase Card (GPC) only.Any order that can not be paid by GPC must get approval from AFNAF prior to ordering.
