Mixing Box with Dampers A damper is used in the AHU for shut off and adjustment of the air flow. The damper is supplied with Mixing Box for better mixing and control of fresh air and return air. Mixing Box is equipped with parallel / opposite blade dampers for tightly closure. Our newly improved damper is designed for Indian climate.

High Efficiency Coils and Easy Maintanance Corrosion resistance coil construction features have galvanized steel casing and stainless steel header with threaded

connections and extra thick tube walls and fins for longer life. Coils are selected with wider fin spacing to improve efficiency and

facilitate maintenance. Coils can be removed or serviced form either side of the unit without disturbing the other coils.

High Perfomance Blowers High energy efficient, DIDW centrifugal Blowers with forward / backward curved construction are available for medium to high static pressure applications. The electric motor is totally enclosed. Class F insulation, with drivable component & large inspection doors make maintenance easy.

HEPA filters with extremely high separation capacity are installed in clean rooms, Operating theater and other hygienic ventilation applications. The mounting of the filter is extremely important, if the system is to confirm to the stringent demands.

Cellulose Pad The paper is specially processed with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal treatment. This enhances life of the pad to almost 4-5 years of trouble-free operation. The pump can be located inside or outside the unit

Anti- VIBRATION ISOLATORS Fan and motor is mounted on a common extruded aluminum chanel base by using anti-vibration spring isolator and rubber pads ensuring low operational noise and vibration.

Convenient Access DoorAccess door is provided with hinges & quick release latch for easy opening / access to all internal of AHU. The hinge & latch are made out of glass fiber to provide a smooth and rust free operation throughout its life.

Eliminator Water eliminators are designed for effective removal of water particles in air washer. All the components are made with specially designed die. These are available in 2 pass,3 pass,4 pass and 6 pass construction. The specially designed blades available in GI, aluminum & PVC construction have a series of bends and deflections that offer a large surface area against which the water and dust particles impinge, to be flushed down in the air washer tank.
