TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices: All prices are FOB our warehouse. Prices subject to change with-out notice. Credit and Terms of Payment: 1% 10, net thirty (30) days from date of our invoice for customers with approved credit. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged and collected on all past due account balances. Taxes: Washington sales tax will be added to each sales unless a sales tax license or valid tax exemption certificate is on file. Freight: Prices are FOB our warehouse. All freight charges will be billed freight collect or added to the invoice at the customer’s request. Claims: Claims for damage, shortage or loss in transit must be filed by the Buyer against the carrier. (We will assist in establishing claims for damage and/or loss in transit). All claims must be noted at time of delivery. Warranties: Air Commodities extends to buyer the manufacturer’s standard warranty, a copy of which is available upon request. Return of Goods: Goods may not be returned without the authorization of Air Commodities, and may be subject to restocking charges. All materials shall be returned freight pre-paid. Special order materials are not returnable for credit. Title: The title to all materials and/or equipment and to any and all additions and accessories thereto and substitutions therefore, shall remain with Seller until the purchase price thereof is paid in full.
