orace upper ana lower ousnmgs worn, installed new ousnmgs ana nggea gear. Ke-seaiea

leaking L/H and R/H brake calipers, serviced and bled entire brake system. Stop-drilled crack

and installed patch on L/H elevatorT.E. in accordance with Cessna repair manual. Adjusted and

re-secured L/H elevator outboard hinge. Replaced both MLG tires. Installed new ELT battery,

ops checked good, next due for replacement March 2010. Replaced Instrument air filter.

Investigated previously found crack in L/H engine case (upper spine bolt hole @ ground cable

mounting). Determined AD 77-13-22 does not apply by engine S/N howevej^ scribed crack tor-JeJOO' r, (J-'

determine progress @ 50 hr. intervals as per AD instructions (due @ 2637.8 HOBBS}. Isolated

chaffing R/H air pressure hose (in R/H nacelle). C/W AD 81-09-09 visual inspection of Stewart-

Warner heater, 250 hr. inspection due @2802.4 heater HOBBS. Performed normal and

emergency landing gear extension/retraction checks, ops checked good.

I certify that this Aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an Annual inspection and has

Replaced Left main outer'wheel half P/N 162-01700 wheel bearing P/N 07100-20629.

Replaced right inboard exhaust hanger P/N: C3H41OC2, with new unit same P/N.

Replaced left and right tip tank transfer pump hoses 4 ea. Mil 6000 @ 12" per hose. Performed leak check of installed hoses. No defects were noted.

Re-safety wired ight hand main gear strut air valve

Replaced Turn Limits Placard P/N: 5100181-36 on Nose Wheal Strut.

Repaired tall cone with ABS plastic repair kit (Sem-Weid).

Removed emergency exit, replaced seals P/N: OB 11201-15 with new units. Re- installed emergency exit window assembly in accordance with Cessna 310Maintenance Manual 3-30 pages 9 to 14 No defects were noted.

Replaced right engine propeller de-ice brush block assembly with new unit P/N: C40137. Operational check OK.

Right main gear brake cylinder replaced with new cylinder P/N: CLE-061-02600 reference Cessna 310 Service Manual 4-60

Left main gear brake cylinder replaced with new cylinder P/N: CLE-061-0260D reference Cessna 310 Service Manual 4-60

Replaced damaged tube with new fabricated section of R1/2X035-30D3-3 aluminum tube. Performed leak check of installed part. No defects were noted.

Cleaned Tube connections and repaired clamps at the number 6 cylinder Intake Manifold to Balance pipe connection.

ADs checked through Biweekly 2011-13.

This is to certify that an Annual Inspection has been accomplished In accordance with the Cessna Aircraft Company 310 Service Manual Chapter 2-10 pages 1-9 andthis aircraft has been found airworthy and Is approved for return to service.
