ABOUT AIRCRETE EUROPEAircrete Europe is a Dutch project organization and technology provider for the international Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) industry. As a global technology partner we design, deliver, and operate the most innovative turn-key plants for production of AAC blocks and AAC panels. In addition to supplying the leading AAC panel technology we also service and optimize production in existing AAC plants. We specialize in delivering advanced AAC industry solutions worldwide. A PERFECT BUILDING MATERIALAutoclaved Aerated Concrete, also known as AAC or aircrete, is a green precast building material present in the global market for over 70 years. Produced in hundreds plants around the world, AAC is extensively used in residential, commercial and industrial construction.

AAC is an eco-friendly building material, made from natural raw materials such as: sand (or fly-ash), cement, lime, gypsum, aluminium powder and water. This mix creates an aerated concrete providing insulation, structure and fire protection in one lightweight product.

EXCELLENT FIRE PROTECTIONAAC does not burn and it has the highest fire safety class - Euroclass A1.

Prefabricated wall panels are a perfect solution to construct large scale buildings. From giant distribution centers to new shopping malls, AAC walls protect valuable goods due to their outstanding strength and fire protection.

AIR + CONCRETE = AIRCRETEThanks to the air pores, AAC absorbs sound and is a great thermal insulator. The thermal conductivity (λ) values are between 0,08 - 0,16 W/(mK) depending on the density used.

AAC offers an optimal combination of low weight and strength. Product densities vary between 300-800 kg/m3 and compressive strength is in the range 2,5 - 6 N/mm2, making it an extremely resource efficient material.

Structural elements have high load bearing capacities thanks to embedded steel reinforcement in the products.

LARGE FORMAT EFFICIENCY The large size of prefabricated elements allows for faster and easier construction and reduction of installation materials and labor compared with bricks and blocks.

For example, one standard partition panel (60cm x 300cm) covers 1,8m2 of wall, equivalent to 12 standard AAC blocks (25cm x 60cm). An industrial panel can even have a surface of 6m2 per element (800cm x 75cm).

AIRCRETE CUTTING TECHNOLOGYOne of the most important innovations brought to the market by Aicrete Europe is the SUPER SMOOTH cutting line which allows production of superior quality AAC products with an exceptional finishing at an optimized costs.

Cutting line represents the heart of an AAC plant. It defines the plant’s product portfolio, product quality, production reliability and as a result the plant’s profitability. Aircrete’s innovative flat-cake technology cuts a horizontally positioned cake without the need for tilting.
