DIDIER RENAULT, AN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER SINCE 1980, HAS ANNOUNCED THAT SHE WILL BE RETIRING ON DECEMBER 2014.

2014 Melissa Reginalds, head of

the airport has announced that a

new food court w ill be built in

the next up coming year. Mrs.

Reginalds, a soul dedicator of

the airport has been working on

mult iple ways on how to

improve the airport by

sat isfying her clients needs.

Through her research, she has

surveyed consistent t ravelers on

the need of a food court .

The food court w ill be located in

the f irst f loor, west w ing, where

t ravelers will have a faster

access for all t ravelers. Mrs.

Reginalds, states that " the food

court w ill bring in f in ical

prof it ..." for interrogat ing

another facili ty in our luxurious

airport . The food court w ill not

also benef it new food

businesses but i t w ill also offer

more jobs for our employees

and future employees.

Since 1980, Didier Renault has started her career with us as an Air Traff ic Controller. For the pass thirty f ive years she has shown great dedication in our airport by being very eff icient and being able to navigate all new equiments.

In 1980, Didier was announced as the f irst woman to be an air traff ic control in Amsterdam, inspiring many women to achieve the same goals as her. Before she started her journey with us as an air traff ic controller. She has worked with us since she was

eighteen as a check-in agent. From the moment she started to work with us she always had the ambition to work at the tower to control the airspace traff ic. With Didier's active presences at the airport she has motivated young air traff ic controller interns to be as knowledgeable like her in the industry.

For the past thirty years she has found ways to keep the traff ic f lowing and controll ing the aircraft safely and has won awards for running everything smoothly.

On January 2015, we will be

working with the second

largest airline of Germany, Air

Berlin. This airl ine will bring

more visibil ity to our airport

and new consisting travelers

who want a direct vacation

f l ight from our airport to

Magaluf, Spain. Making it less

hectic for all travelers going to

Magaluf, a well-known holiday

vacation resort center for

young single people, couples,

and families that will bring

more f inancial prof it.

IN THE NEXT YEAR, TESCO WILL BE COMING TO OUR AIRPORT.

Yesterday on April 23, 2014 Schipol Amsterdam Airport, has invited Tesco to build its very f irst grocery store in Amsterdam. Tesco is known to be the third largest multinational grocery store in the United Kingdom. Having twelve successful stores throughout the Asian and European continent and now creating its f irst grocery store inside an airport.

Allowing Tesco to expand their brand in our airport will benefit both business companies to grow.

Tesco will increase more visible representation and we will gain more job opportunities for our present or future employees. The purpose of the new food court and now grocery store is to provide a diversity of choices that will better accommodate all travelers or people who come into

the airport.

The most important aspect of this new grocery store is to simplify our travelers lives by making everything accessible and affordable to everyone. Like no other airport in this country, we will be holding a grand opening to alert all our travelers that our airport is very welcoming and useful for all our travelers needs.

Tesco has specif ically chosen to work with our airport because of our progressive services and because of our welcoming staff . And we would like to maintain and f ind ways on

how to keep on spreading this message across so our airport can keep growing. Having a successful company like Tesco investing on us will open the doors for more airports around us to expand their airports to be like ours.

As you can tell January 2015, is full of surprises and expanding our business for the better so we can help maintain our customer service status in excellent ratings.
