First Align your TV remote and airtel remote parallel to each other and make sure both infrared heads are aligned parallel to each other . Here is the setup apparatus :

Press OK + 2 buttons on the Airtel Remote until the LED Blinks For Two Times 

Now the Airtel Remote is in Learning Mode 

Now press the Tv button on the Airtel Remote First 

Then Power Button on the TV Remote 

The Airtel Remote LED will blink 2 times to indicate successful Learning 

Now Press The Mute Button on the Airtel Remote 

Now do the Same on the TV Remote 

The Airtel Remote LED will  again blink 2 times to indicate successful Learning 

Now press the AV Button on the Airtel Remote (Note you can select the default input in yout TV so this is an optional programming option) 

Press A/V Button on your TV Remote 

Now press Volume Up(+) Key on your Airtel Remote

Then Volume (+)  on the TV Remote The Airtel Remote LED will  again blink 2 times to indicate successful Learning 

Now press Volume Down(-) Key on your Airtel Remote

Then the volume (-) key on the TV Remote 

The Airtel Remote LED will  again blink 2 times to indicate successful Learning 

Now again press OK it is programmed

+2 and it is programmed 

NOTE : Not all TV Remotes may be programmed

Press OK + Red Button for 2 seconds and when the LED to flash 2 times , then press 9 , 8 ,0 one after another . Your remote is reset now follow the above steps except for the TV Volume

There are 5 basic functions which your new Airtel remote needs to learn about your TV1. TV Power code2. TV Mute code3. AV code4. TV VOL + code5. TV VOL – code

Step 1: Bring Airtel digital TV remote in learning mode. Press and hold ‘’OK + Numeric 2†key for 3 seconds. The LED blinks twice to �indicate that your Airtel remote is ready to learn.

Step 2 : Hold the source remote and Airtel remote in front of each other ( 3cm-6m apart).

Step 3: Press & release the key (First on Airtel remote and then on Source remote) which needs to be programmed in Airtel remote.Example: Press and release the TV Power key on both remotes and release. The Airtel remote blinks twice to indicate a successful learning of ‘TV power code’.

Step 4: Now Press & release other keys ( on both remotes simultaneously) : Mute , AV, Vol +/-.

Step 5: Press “OK” on Airtel remote to store the new information about your TV. The LED will blink twice to indicate successful transfer to knowledge from your current TV remote to the new Airtel remote.

If the Airtel remote blinks four times, it means the learning failed. Go to Step 1 again
