Functionality :After building the internal system the functions will be easier. The main purpose of the internal system is to handle their work more efficient.

After building the internal system -The users should be able to assist in performing daily task.The users have advanced system to keep information such as to keep track on each customer outstanding balances, get notice on some overdue accounts and send reminder on time.Betterment in established strong relationship between business entities with the customer such as identify the good paymasters and give discounts to those who settle their debt early.
