From the editor

� is year, the AJ delivered some of its fattest issues ever, including

the 114-page Stirling Prize special, the 122-page AJ100 issue and 108 pages of Small Projects. We also added our 1,000 + digital buildings archive, AJBuildingsLibrary.co.uk to the AJ subscription package, and increased coverage of competitions with a dedicated competitions editor. In the magazine, we added four new columns on practice. We are still the only architectural publication with a sustainability editor, architect Hattie Hartman, who runs AJFootprint.com. Next year we look forward to giving you more content on more platforms than ever before. We can do this because of the continued support of our subscribers and advertisers, so thank you, and here’s to 2012.
