The conceptual design of a project is an exciting phase—and AJP regularly pushes the envelope in that area—but ideas also have to be buildable, affordable and consistent with long-range expectations. AJP works closely with project architects and Ownership to provide complete technology packages. We also build cost and revenue ROI models to pinpoint inventory valuation and the projected revenue that can contribute to project funding.

Beyond simple renderings, AJP builds comprehensive design packages, outlining precise dimensions, structural and finish detail, attachment points, building materials, sightline surveys and signage specifications (sponsor icons, affinity branding, etc.).
