Itinerary & Packing List

• 5am (suggested): Hotel Pickup and Departure • The driver/guide will meet you at the hotel entrance • Quick stop to pick up your packed breakfast, hot coffee and lunch.

• 7:30am (approximate): Arrival at Akagera National Park • Arrive at Park Headquarters • Stretch your legs while the guide organizes entrance fees

• 7:45am (approximate): Morning Game Drive • Start the morning game drive as you head north through the park. Your driver/guide will help you to see

giraffes, zebras, many kinds of antelopes, hippos, warthogs and lots of birds. Lucky visitors will see elephants and lions!

• Packed lunch enjoyed in bush.

• 4pm (approximate): Departure • Because this is a private tour you are free to let the driver know when you are ready to return to Kigali. • 2.5 - 3 hour drive
