    FOR ANTENNA

    1 Pole mount should be installed as per plan.

    2 Pole mount should be installed at correct height.

    3 The pole mount should be tight with tower body in proper way.

    4 Apply the force on pole mount there is no shake out .

    5 Antenna must be tight with the pole mount.

    6 Antenna should not be shake out when apply the force.

    7 mechanical and electrical tilt should be as per plan.

    8 Antenna should be as per plan.

    9 Labelling should be done in back side of antenna.

    FOR O/D JUMPER CABLE

    10 O/D Jumper cable should be as per requirement.

    11 Jumper cable connector connect with antenna port.

    12 O/D jumper cable should be tight with antenna port.

    13 weather proofing should be apply over the connection of jumper and antenna port.

    14 Black colour cable ties should be applied on the weather proofing.

    15 O/D jumper cable loop should be tight with black colour cable ties.

    16 Cable ties should be cut poperly.

    17 Lablelling should be done over the O/D jumper cable.

    FOR FEEDER CABLE

    18 Fedder cable should be as per requirement.

    19 Feeder cable connector should be connect with O/D jumper cable.

    20 Connection of the feeder cable and jumper cable should be tight.

    21 Weather proofing should be done over the feeder cable and O/D Jumper cable.

    22 Over the connection black colour cable ties should be done properly.

    23 Cable ties should be cut poperly.

    24 Banding should be more then 300mm at VCT and HCT.

    25 Dummy clamp should be apply at the banding.

    26 Dummy clamp is used to lay the feeder cable in proper way.

    27 At banding dummy clamp should be free from the cable tray.

    28 RF Clamp should be properly tight with the cable tray.

    29 6-way RF Clamp should be use during the installation of feeder cable.

    30 Feeder cable should be properly tight with RF Clamp.

    31 RF Clamp should be apply at proper distance.

    32 Two horizontal strip RF Clamp should be 0.9m.33 Two vertical strip RF Clamp should be 1.5m.

    34 S-band should be properly applied at feeder enter into shelter.

    35 Feeder cable should be insert inside shelter through roxtec.

    36 There should not be any vertical or horizontal bend of feeder.

    37 lablelling should be done over each and every sector of feeder cable.

    FOR GROUNDING OF FEEDER CABLE

    38 At earthing connection outer insulation of the feeder cable should be properly removed.

    39 Earthing kit should be properly tight with feeder cable.

    40 weather proofing should be properly applied over earthig kit.

    41 Cable ties should be properly tight over weather proofing.

    42 All 6-grounding connection should be done at same place.

    43 Connect all grounding connection below 1 to 1.5m of jumper and feeder connection.

    44 grounding cable should be straightly route along with the fedder cable.

    45 Black colour Cable ties should be properly applied over grounding cable.

    46 Tower body paint shoud be properly removed at where we tight the c-clamp.

    47 C-clamp should be properly connect with tower body.

    48 Grounding cable properly connect with the c-clamp or EGB.

    49 connect grounding cable with c-clamp through ring types lugs.

    50 size of the lugs should be same as a grounding cable.

    51 there should be no gape between lugs and outer insulation of cable

    52 lugs should be properly crimped over grounding cable.

    53 Pvc tape should be provide and wrap properly at lugs connections.

    54 EGB must be installed just below the cable tray on outside of shelter wall.

    62 Cable ties should be cut poperly.

    63 Lugs should be proper tight with EGB.

    64 Lugs size should be same as the grounding cable.

    65 Grounding cable should be properly route with feeder cable.

    66 There are no any loose connection at EGB.

    67 Labelling should be done each sector grounding cable.

    FOR EARTHING PIT

    68 There should be 3 earthing pits

    69 Distance between two earth pits should be 3m.

    70 Distance between earth pits and any equipments should be 2m.

    71 Earthing pit-1 should be connect with shelter EGB.

    72Earthing pits-2 strip should be diagnollly connect along with tower body,D.G body.,and

    shelter wall on proper way.

    73 Earthing pits-3strip should be connect D.G. Netural point.

    74 Must be connect CU Strip to shelter wall, D.G, and Tower body by welding.

    75 Must be remove the paint where we connect grounding cable with tower body.

    FOR ROXTEC

    76 Roxtec should be properly tight with shelter wall.

    77 silicon gel is used to seal the gap between roxtec and shelter wall.

    78 Without feeder cable holes should be covered with pieces of feeder cable.

    79 There should be not be any cross routing.

    80 Feeder cable should be enter sector wise through roxtec.

    81 The Roxtec should be 4-way or 6-way.

    82 Roxtec rubber boot should be properly tight.

    83 Labelling should be done at feeder entery of roxtec with sector wise.

    FOR FEEDER CABLE WITH SURGE ARRESTOR

    84 The surge arrester should be as per requirement.

    85 The surge arrester connector should be properly connect with feeder connector.

    86 Connection should be properly tight with feeder cable.

    87 Feeder connector should be tight along with feeder cable.

    88 Apply pvc tape and wrap on the connection og feeder and SA connector.

    89 Use hot airgun to shrink the weather proofing.

    90 Cable ties should be apply over the weather proofing.

    91 Cable ties should be cut poperly.

    92 Direction of the knot of the cable tie should be same for all.

    93 labelling should be done every sector of SA.

    GROUNDING CONNECTION FOR S.A TO IGB

    94 Grounding cable should be properly cut as per requirement for all SA to IGB.

    95 Lugs should be properly crimped.

    96 Grounding cables and Lugs should be tight in proper way.

    97 size of the Lugs should be same as a cable.

    98 Lugs should be properly grip.

    99 There should not be any gap between lugs and outer insulation of cable.

    100 pvc tape should be provide and wrap both end of grounding cable properly.

    101 Lugs should be properly tight with SA.

    102 Lugs should be properly tight with IGB.

    103 Grounding cable should be properly route with feeder cable.

    104 There should not be any cross routing.

    105 Grounding cable should be tight with feeder cable by cable ties.

    106 Cable ties should be cut poperly.

    107 Direction of the knot of the cable tie should be same for all.

    FOR CONNECTION BETWEEN I/D JUMPER CABLE WITH S.A.

    108 The I/D jumper cable should be as per requirement.

    109 I/D Jumper cable connector should be properly connect with SA connector.

    110 Weather proofing should be properly applied over connection.

    111 Hot air gun should be properly apply.

    112 Cable ties should be applied to tight the weather proofing.

    113 Cable ties should be cut properly.

    114 labelling should be done over jumper cable.

    FOR I/D JUMPER CABLE TO BTS

    115 I/D Jumper cable connector should be properly Tight with BTS port.

    116 weather proofing should be properly done over the connection of jumper and BTS port.

    118 Cable ties should be applied to tight the weather proofing.

    119 Cable ties should be cut properly.

    120 labelling should be done at BTS port.

    FOR INSTALLATION OF BTS CABINET

    121 BTS cabinet should be installed as per floor plan.

    122 accuracy of mesurement should be proper.

    123 Measurement should be proper from back side wall to BTS cabinet.

    124 Measurement should be proper at front side.

    125 marking should be proper for base installation.

    126 hole should be properly drilled.

    127 Fastener should be properly installed at hole.

    128 Base leveling should be proper.

    129 Base should be properly tight by bolt.

    204 Petroleum Jelly must be applied each and every connections.

    205 B.B cover should be install in proper way.

    FOR GROUNDING CONNECTION OF BATTERY BANK

    206 Grounding cable should be tight with grounding port of battery bank.

    207 size of the Lugs should be same as a cable.

    208 Lugs should be properly crimped.

    209 There should no any gap between Lugs & outer insulation of cable.

    210 pvc tape should be provide and wrap properly.

    211 Lugs should be proper tight with IGB.

    212 Pvc channel should be connected with shelter wall in vertical position.

    213 Grounding cable should be properly route with cable tray.

    228 There should no any gap between Lugs & outer insulation of cable.

    231 Pvc channel should be connected with shelter wall in vertical position.

    246 DDF should not be shake out when we apply force.

    247 Horizontal level of DDF should be proper.

    FOR GROUNDING CONNECTION OF DDF

    248 Grounding connection should be top portion of DDF.

    249 Grounding connection should be tight properly.

    250 size of the Lugs should be same as a cable.

    251 Lugs should be properly crimped.

    252 There should no any gap between Lugs & outer insulation of cable.

    253 pvc tape should be provide and wrap properly.

    254 Lugs should be proper tight with IGB.

    255 Pvc channel should be connected with shelter wall in vertical position.

    256 Grounding cable should be properly route with cable tray.

    257 There should be no cross routing of grounding cable.
