About AKFA The production base of AKFA includes aluminium frame, plastic profile,

accessories and hardware manufacturing plants . A wide range of products

is able to meet any customers' wishes. The quality management system

confirmed by ISO 9001 certificate of international standards has been

implemented and is functioning in enterprises.

The company «AKFA Plast» was established in 1998 and it takes the

leading positions in the market of Central Asia. The main direction of

activity of the company is production a PVC profile of the European

standard from high-quality materials.

Using only qualitative raw materials for produce PVC profiles of famous

firms such as LG CHEM. LTD (Korea), Chemson Polymer-Additive

AG (Austria), DuPont de Nemours S.A. (USA), etc. The quality of the

company production is confirmed with the International certificate of

conformity ISO 9001:2008

The company has its own production spaces and the high-quality

equipment of famous foreign producers, such as Cincinnati Extrusion

Gmbh, Krauss Maffei, Greiner Extrusion, Gruber and Co Group

GmbH, etc. Which allows to produce qualitative production satisfying

suspense its customers.


History AKFA brand history began with the opening of a plant for production of aluminium frames where the first extrusion press was installed. Today, we have 10 extrusion presses, and 41 extrusion lines to manufacture the plastic frames. We have 6 fabric to host them as well as lines for production of hardware and accessories and a plant of energy-saving lamps production. 2004 The aluminium frames plant was found.

2006 the plastic frames plant was found.

2008 The hardware plant was founded.

2009 The second plastic frame plant was founded.

2011 AKFA lighting energy-saving lamps plant was founded.

2012 The aluminium profile anodising plant was founded.

2014 Automatic vertical line for painting of aluminium profile was launched. The vacuum line of decoration of aluminium profile is launched.

2015 The production of LED lamps AKFA LED is launched.


Quality In 2008, AKFA was one of the first companies in Uzbekistan to complete the certification of quality management according to ISO 9001 standards. The management system describes a set of procedures, which should be followed by organizations to attain their objectives. Implementation of the standards serves to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company. Compliance of our products with the international ISO standards can guarantee consumers that the products are reliable, effective and safe for the environment.


Facts AKFA is the first and the largest manufacturer and exporter of the aluminium and plastic frame in Uzbekistan.

Its production area has 60 000 m2 and consists of 6 plants. The annual growth of output is 30%.


Manufacture • Plastic Profile Manufacture:

Today the industrial base of AKFA includes the factories for aluminium frame,plastic profile,accessories and hardware production.A wide range of products is able to meet any customers wishes .the system of quality management verified by ISO 9001 international certificate is implemented and applied at the factories.

The plastic profile production is located in Tashkent.the factory production are has more than 10000square meters.

There are 31 extrusion lines of recognised foreign companies such as Cincinnat i extrus ion Gmbh,Krauss Maffei,Grenier Extrusion ,Gruber &co Group Gmbh and others.

3,4,5- chamber profile with 52,8,60 and 70mm wide are produces under the brand name AKFA. A wide range of frame system allows to choose the optima; one for the climatic characteristics of the region.

Ready products pass through the quality control in our own certified laboratory,equipped with up to date test equipment .there the frame is also tested for resistance to UV rays.

Taking into account the climatic conditions of our region,we prepare a special base that let us manufacture the plastic frame that is not burned


under the scorching sun of Uzbekistan.

In the process of production we fulfil all the technical requirements ,as a result our products are competitive and completely meet the international standards.

AKFA frame is widely spread in the markets of Uzbekistan and is also exported to many countries.The overall output of the plant is 30000 tons of plastic frame per year.

• Aluminium profile manufacture: The branch of the aluminium profile manufacture consists of 6 blocks, with a total area of up to 40 000 m2. This is a full production cycle that starts with the primary aluminium melting and finishes with the release of the pressed frames, their anodising and colouring. There are 10 extrusion

presses with a force of 700 to 2000 tons in the manufacturing complex. They have our own melting and foundry complex to manufacture cylindrical aluminium ingot of 102 mm, 152 mm and 178 mm. The frame is coloured in two horizontal and one vertical colouring line, manufacturing up to 3.5 t of aluminium frame per month. The colouring lines allow us to reproduce any RAL colour on the frame. Two vacuum lines of Italian company Sef -Italia are used to decorate the frame. The equipment allows decorating the frame imitating wood structure. The manufacture has mastered over 300 types of frames. It is also possible to manufacture any frame according to customer’s design. The accredited laboratory functions on the basis of the industrial complex and carries out the control of product quality at all stages: from the initial raw material, extrusion process and colouring, to the convenient packaging.

The sector manufactures 36 000 t of aluminium frame a year.


• Hardware manufacture: AKFA owns a complex for window and door hardware production with the total area of more than 20 000 square meters.

There are 6 shops: a complex for high pressure casting, electroplating shop, forge shop, assembling and other auxiliary shops at the plant. The hardware manufacture includes the shop for producing EPDM sealers for plastic and aluminium constructions. The production line has the capacity of up to 100 tons of sealers a month. As a raw material it is used the EPDM rubber which ensures a high tightness, heat and sound insulation. All the components used in the manufacturing process as well as finished products are analysed in our own laboratory to guarantee a high quality of the final product. At present, the branch produces 1620 tons of hardware per year.


Export And Logistics AKFA company has its own logistics and automobile fleet, that provides our clients with the delivery service using our vehicles (tent euro-trucks), as well as transportation by rail to almost any country.

Advantages And Disadvantages

Aluminum:

Pros…

• Aluminium windows are cheaper and are the standard with most

mainstream builders even in high end homes.

• This makes it easier, quicker, and cheaper to get parts and much

needed glass repairs.

• Most local window companies can repair your windows whereas

with some wood brand windows you may have to go to a service

company that specialises in that particular brand of window again

making it cheaper on repairs.

• Aluminium is more durable than wood and vinyl and will not rot. Cons…

• Aluminium is a bad conductor of cold and heat which transmits

from the outside inside and vice-versa meaning energy loss. The

only exception to this is a window that comes with a thermal break

between the outside aluminium and the inside aluminium, still this is

still less energy efficiency then other styles but a better solution is if

you can install thermal break windows rather than standard

aluminium.


• Condensation or sweating occurs when it’s cold outside and warm

inside the much like a glass of cold water sweats when left in a warm

room, left long enough it can absorb into to wood causing it to swell

or leave water stains on the sheet rock that surrounds the window.

• The glass airspace between the outside and the inside glass tends to

be narrower again making it less energy efficient.

• Noise transmits through the aluminium framing more than Vinyl or

wood style windows. After several years the anodised pain on the

outside will fade from the elements.

• You can’t get Casement and Awning style windows in aluminium

unless it is the outside cladding of a wood window.

Plastic:

Pros…

• uPVC windows and doors are highly weather resistant

Unless it’s extremely old and damaged by time, uPVC is extremely

resistant against bad wet weather. Due to its nonporous nature, rain

will simply bounce and drip right off again.

• uPVC is environmentally friendly and is recyclable

uPVC windows and doors won’t impact on the environment once

they’re made and fitted. And if you want to get rid of it before it’s

broken down and in need of replacement, you can recycle it.


• Very little maintenance is needed

While over time you can expect some discolouration, uPVC windows

and doors will need very little maintenance. Just a quick little clean

every now and then when it gets dirty is all it needs, and perhaps a bit

of oil whenever locking mechanisms get stiff, but that’s the case with

any type of door.

• It won’t change shape or warp over time

Unlike wood, which warps slightly every time it gets wet and dries out

again, uPVC will keep its structure until the end of its lifespan.

• It has a respectable lifespan

You can expect uPVC windows and doors to last roughly 35 years,

though this will depend on the uPVC quality and fitting standard.

Many companies will offer a long-lasting guarantee and there are

plenty of these companies around due to uPVC’s popularity.

• uPVC windows and doors can look ugly and uninspired

If you want a set of windows and doors which are representative of

you and which look like nobody else’s, uPVC won’t be the option for

you. They’re much less flexible than other materials in terms of their

• uPVC is cheap

New Technological Line • The installation of the new technological line on production of

EPDM seals for plastic and aluminium structures was finished at the

production plant.

• Production line with capacity up to 100 tons of rubber seals per

month was installed.

• As raw material EPDM rubber is used.

EPDM – Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer.

One of the main advantages of the seals on the basis of EPDM is the

resistance to ozone exposure and weather conditions. EPDM does not

crack, warp, and retains its shape and elasticity after prolonged

exertions, does not absorb water and is plastic and soft material.

Rubber EPDM seals provide for sealing, heat and sound insulation,

can withstand all kinds atmospheric impacts and serve at least for 15

years.

All the components used in the manufacturing process as well as

finished products are analysed in our own laboratory to guarantee a

high quality of the final product.

Warm doors will warm your house in any weather! The doors of "warm" aluminum are used in premises with high

requirements of heat insulation: heated living accommodations and


offices, service establishments. Entrance groups and office partitions

are also made of "warm" aluminum.

The main advantage of the entrance doors of the "warm" aluminium

is high durability and reliability with good heat and sound insulation.

The peculiarity of the design is an insulating insert made of

polyamide between two aluminium profiles. Such doors are very

durable, because the material is resistant to temperature changes, the

impact of ultraviolet radiation, mechanical impacts and corrosion.

Aluminium doors of the "warm" aluminium retain heat well, reduce

noise levels, are practical in care, environmentally safe and have

modern appearance.

For production of doors AKFA uses EuroTERMO-6000 profile

with 60 mm width of any colour, which provides the durability and

reliability of the structure. Tight locking is achieved by ROTO

accessories of German production. The profile is filled with one - or

two-chamber glazing units on a client's request.
