I start by offering my sincere thanks to all thosewho either stayed with us or visited us during thefun-filled frolic of DSS during which we lined upseveral activities for children and adults. The eventwas a great success and I have received severaltelephone calls and emails from our customerssaying how much they enjoyed being at theproperty during this period. The feedbackindicates that our efforts were very muchappreciated.

As DSS this year coincided with the 10thanniversary of Al Bustan Centre & Residence,many special shows were organised on dailybasis to keep the visitors and residentsentertained. The wide range of events includedclown shows, quiz programmes, and song anddance performances at the property. Bargainsand raffles abound, cuisine, crafts, shows andvarious acts drew large crowds to Al BustanCentre & Residence. We are pleased that theseactivities provided a wonderful opportunity to ourguests who enjoyed great food and entertainmentat the same place.

The end of this festival marked the beginningof the month-long Ramadan celebrations, theholiest period of the Islamic year. Visitors to theproperty during this holy month will once againfind innumerable activities organised especially torejoice Ramadan.

Children’s activities at Fantasy Kingdom, quizshows and the Night Market would be the centresof attention at the property during this month.Fantasy Kingdom - an edutainment facility - is alarge indoor amusement park for children wherethey are offered a large variety of games andrides. However, this dedicated area providesentertainment to the whole family in a safeenvironment. Fantasy Kingdom will also hostseveral workshops for children to learn while theyplay during the sacred month.

The property will also set up a purpose builtRamadan Tent which has now become an annual

feature which promotes Arabian tradition ofhospitality. Our mall will offer an ultimatetraditional shopping experience to visitors andresidents. Children can also enjoy a cozy cornerin the tent with their parents.
