The services of technical institutions will be employed for the purpose of testing highly technical trade. On behalf of the clients, we also provide the following services. PERMISSION FROM THE PROTECTOR:After Receiving Manpower requirements, we seek permission from Protector of Emigrants.

ADVERTISING:Job facilities are advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers.

INTERVIEW / TRADE TEST:After short listing the applications, for interviews and trade test. Candidate’s skill is tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and his conformity to international standard. MEDICAL EXAMINATION:Every prospective candidate undergoes strict medical examination including complete physical checkup, chest, X-Rays, etc from approved medical centers recognized by GCC. VISA ENDORSEMENT:We are responsible for the visa stamping process and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy / Consulate.

Selection Process

On receipt of the power of Attorney and demand letter we obtain permission from the protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan to start the recruiting process which covers the following.

Advertisement:

In order to achieve a wider range of fair selection all jobs are invariably advertised in the National Press with details of job description and terms / conditions of service.

Short Listing:

After receipt of application from the candidates, all the applications are subjected to a scrupulous scrutiny. All applicants fulfilling stipulated condition are called for an interview (Where necessary candidates are subjected to a written test).

Trade Test:

Where technical qualifications are required the short listed candidates are required to under go a practical test.

Advertisement:

Every prospective candidate under goes a thorough medical examination including complete physical check up, Chest X-Rays Blood, Urine and stool tests etc.

Final Selection:
