Our company is in the U.A.E market since 1986 with the name as Al-Rakha Gen. Contg. Co. W.L.L. Later we added 4 companies under our umbrella. Our Main Office is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi City and presently having around 1800 dedicated employees which consists professional as well as technically trained, strictly supervised by experienced Department Heads, Project Managers, Engineers and Fore-men etc.

We, the group, are now one of the prominent and specialized in the fields of Building Construction (from villas to Skyscrapers) and Transportation business.

We are a company working in the field of construction and transportation with more than two decades of experience.

Al Rakha Group has added to its achievements some of the modern and innovative buildings designed in various cities of U.A.E. We provide contracting services and undertake commercial and industrial ventures as well. We have been licensed to work in all parts of U.A.E. We believe in using updated tech-nologies and ensure safety when designing venture plans.

We have a well-established track record and our services have always met with great customer satisfac-tion. We offer great service at a very competent price and have never been known to compromise on the quality of our serviceOur group consists of 5 Companies with a wide range of activities. Out of which 3 of the companies are in Abu Dhabi namely Al-Rakha Cont. & Gen. Transport LLC, Al Rakha Gen. Cont. Co. W.L.L and Al-Doaba Gen. Transport & Contracting..

Two of our Companies are in Dubai. Namely, Al-Rakha Gen. Cont. L.L.C and Al Rakha Transport by Heavy Trucks LLC.

In addition to our main activities, we have also added some other divisions such as Carpentry and Aluminum works, Real Estates towards our pool of activities.

In our early days, Al Rakha discovered that the best approach to business was to sit down with custom-ers, listen to their needs and tailor them in the most professional way. The method of problem-solving along with a yearly trend of steady growth has continued for all of the years since the origin of the com-pany.We strive to be an industry leader by: Creating a culture of continuous improvement. Our Main O�ce is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi City and presently having around 1800 dedicated employees, strictly supervised by experienced Project Managers, Engi-neers and Foremen.

We, the group, are now one of the prominent and specialized in the �elds of Building Construction (from villas to High Rise Building and Towers) and transporting business.

Apart from Main Contract, we are also undertaking the Sub Contracts job especially in the �eld of Form Work Shuttering, Steel Reinforcement and Concrete Works.

With our unique approach in this �eld, we reach client’s requirements with quality service and completion of works within the allocated time. Al-Rakha Contg. Group has added many high pro�le clients with multi millions projects to our customer base.

Doing business with most reputed consultant �rms in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other parts of U.A.E gave us the con�dence in our projects & Services to take on further bigger projects.

As of now Al-Rakha has executed many major prestigious projects in U.A.E, the owners of the Group take the decisions to make essential development and improvement in our activities in �eld of construction activities.

To achieve our goal, we appointed well experienced Project Managers and many Senior Engineers. We are having Quali�ed and Experienced Technical Sta� Team of several Civil Engineers, Safety Engineers, Foremen to lead the Construction works.

We have separate Transport Division which supports our constructions activities with required quality Construction Equipments to carry out our work smoothly.

Al Rakha Transport division was founded in 1999 in a small set up at Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Initially, in 1999, our transporting division focused on dedicated operations of trucking business. Later this trucking business expanded to many other folds of vehicles and equipments.

We are mainly dealing in renting out the following Vehicles and Equipments:Trucks (in different kinds and Capacities), Trail-ers (in various types and Capacities), Buses (with various seating Capacities), Water Tank-ers (Sweet, Sewerage-various capacities) and varieties of Construction Equipments (Small, Medium, Heavy) which are suiting to construction projects all over the country.

Real EstateThe Al Rakha Group of Companies with its subsidiaries operates as a real estate development and Man-agement company in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. At present our Real Estate division mainly concentrates in two segments: Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.

Our main activities are leasing the land from Govt. & Local people all over the Emirates and develop as per the location demands (ie. Residential and/or Commercial) and rent it or sell it at the economic rates. The Residential segment develops at present di�erent types of villas and some other land is under development targeting commercial segments as well as residential.

We have several O�ce Spaces and Residential Flats in new and renowned Buildings. These are for rent-ing as well as for sale purposes to suit client’s needs and more importantly client’s budget.

There are thousands of people that come to the country each year either to �nd work, or for relocation purpose. All these people need accommodation. Al Rakha o�er a full property management service and 24-hour call out service for any electrical or plumbing emergencies that may occur. If any major works or items need replacing due to wear and tear, then we would con�rm with you the costs before we continue.

We o�er 6 months or 1 year leasing agreement and can be extendable with the mutual understandings of the clients with the Group. As a safe guard to potential damage in the future by the new client we obtain 10% of yearly rent as deposit held by us. After the rental period is over Al-Rakha then go into the property and check the inventory and condition of the property. If any items are missing or broken these items are then replaced from their deposit. Once all this is agreed the balance of the deposit will be returned. Al Rakha sells undeveloped land to third-party developers or investors. This segment also serves indi-vidual purchasers as well as national, regional, and local homebuilders.

Our Main O�ce is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi City and presently having around 1800 dedicated employees, strictly supervised by experienced Project Managers, Engi-neers and Foremen.

We, the group, are now one of the prominent and specialized in the �elds of Building Construction (from villas to High Rise Building and Towers) and transporting business.

Apart from Main Contract, we are also undertaking the Sub Contracts job especially in the �eld of Form Work Shuttering, Steel Reinforcement and Concrete Works.

With our unique approach in this �eld, we reach client’s requirements with quality service and completion of works within the allocated time. Al-Rakha Contg. Group has added many high pro�le clients with multi millions projects to our customer base.

Doing business with most reputed consultant �rms in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other parts of U.A.E gave us the con�dence in our projects & Services to take on further bigger projects.

As of now Al-Rakha has executed many major prestigious projects in U.A.E, the owners of the Group take the decisions to make essential development and improvement in our activities in �eld of construction activities.

To achieve our goal, we appointed well experienced Project Managers and many Senior Engineers. We are having Quali�ed and Experienced Technical Sta� Team of several Civil Engineers, Safety Engineers, Foremen to lead the Construction works.

We have separate Transport Division which supports our constructions activities with required quality Construction Equipments to carry out our work smoothly.

In addition to our main activities, we have also added some other divisions such as Carpentry and Aluminum works, Real Estates towards our pool of activities.
