Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Review invoices, check requests, resolve invoice discrepancies and set invoices up for
payment. • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments. • Prepare analysis of accounts on monthly reports, and assist in month end closing. • Collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software, issue statements
of earnings and deductions. • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation
of fixed assets. • Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed
assets. • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those
accounts once the related projects have been completed. • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets. • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets. • Complete requests for pay‐related documents including statements and verifications • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
