1. HALL BUILDING AND THE GROUNDS WILL BE OPEN TO EXHIBITORS THE TUESDAY PRIOR TO THE FAIR, FROM 1:00 TO 8:00 P.M. AT WHICH TIME ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE PRESENT. EXHIBITORS WILL LEAVE THE HALL IN A REASONABLE ORDER, IE: REMOVE BOXES, TRASH, ETC.

2. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE MADE TO THE SECRETARY NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, ON THE ENTRY FORM PROVIDED IN NUMERICAL ORDER AND TAGGED CORRECTLY. IF NOT, THE ENTRY/ENTRIES SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR JUDGING.

3. ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE THE BONA FIDE PROPERTY AND WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR COMPLETED IN THE PAST FAIR YEAR AND EXHIBITED FOR ONE YEAR ONLY. **** 4. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST PAY AN ENTRY FEE OF $1 PER ITEM TO A MAXIMUM OF $10. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES. THIS FEE IS PAID AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. CLASS 6 IS EXCLUDED FROM THE MAXIMUM OF $10.

5. CHILDREN AND YOUTHS ENTERING IN CLASSES 31 THRU 36 AND "RICE KRISPIE SQUARE CONTEST FOR CHILDREN" WILL PAY AN ENTRY FEE OF $1.00.

6. AN EXHIBITOR CAN AND MAY WIN THE REGULAR PRIZE AND ONE SPECIAL PRIZE FOR THE SAME EXHIBIT. NO GROUP EXHIBITS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR "SPECIALS" UNLESS STATED.

7. WOMEN'S INSTITUTES MAY ENTER SPECIAL CLASS 4 SECTION 2, AND CLASS 11 SECTION 2, COMPETING ONLY WITH OTHER INSTITUTES. WOMEN'S INSTITUTES MAY ENTER ALL OTHER CLASSES COMPETING IN THE OPEN SECTION. INDIVIDUAL SENIORS (60 & OLDER) ENTER IN CLASS 37.

8. ALL EXHIBITS MUST REMAIN IN THE HALL UNTIL 5:00 P.M. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE EXHIBITION. EXCEPTION: SEE COOKING CLASSES. WATCH PERSON WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE DAILY.

9. IF ONLY ONE ENTRY IN SECTION AND THE JUDGES DO NOT CONSIDER IT WORTHY OF FIRST PRIZE, IT MAY BE GIVEN SECOND OR THIRD, IF DEEMED WORTHY.

10. ANY EXHIBITOR WHO OBTAINS A PRIZE BY BREAKING ANY OF THE RULES SHALL FORFEIT THE PRIZE THUS OBTAINED.

11. ANY EXHIBITOR WISHING TO SELL ANY ARTICLE SHALL ATTACH A PRICE TAG AND ALL SALES TO BE LOOKED AFTER BY THE EXHIBITOR. SAID ARTICLE SHALL REMAIN ON DISPLAY UNTIL 5:00 P.M. OF THE CLOSING DATE IF SOLD.

12. ALL EXHIBITORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BEING PRESENT IN THE HALL ON WEDNESDAY, WHILE JUDGES ARE PLACING AWARDS.

13. THE SOCIETY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXHIBIT LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR OTHERWISE DISAPPEARING ON EXHIBITION DAYS.

14. SUPERINTENDENTS OF EACH DEPARTMENT SHALL HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER ALL EXHIBIT ARRANGEMENTS.

15. THE SOCIETY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTERS' ERRORS OR OTHER ERRORS IN THIS LIST. SUCH ERRORS, SHOULD THEY APPEAR, SHALL BE RULED BY THE CONTEXT.

16. ALL PROTESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND DELIVERED TO THE PRESIDENT OR SECRETARY WITHIN THREE DAYS AFTER CLOSE OF FAIR, STATING CAUSE OF PROTEST.

17. ANY PERSON HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE SOCIETY, EITHER FOR AWARDS OR OTHERWISE, MUST PRESENT SAME TO THE SECRETARY BEFORE OCTOBER 15 OF EACH YEAR.

18. NO PERSON OR PERSONS EXCEPT THE LICENSEES OF THE MANAGEMENT SHALL OFFER FOR SALE OR VEND, ANY DRINK, WARES, MERCHANDISE, OR REFRESHMENTS OF ANY KIND, ON THE GROUND OR IN THE BUILDINGS.

19. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE THE HALL MANAGEMENT WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE ON MONDAY FROM 1:00 - 2:30 P.M. ANY EXHIBIT LEFT AFTER 2:30 P.M. MONDAY IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.

total points when the scores from three categories are added.

1.In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. add marshmallows: stir until melted and well blended.

Remove from heat. 2.Stir in vanilla, add cereal, stirring until coated.
