BAC LEVEL

Blood alcohol concentration – the percent of alcohol in a person’s blood

- in NJ, it is illegal to drive when the BAC is:

>21 yrs. old - .08 +

<21 yrs. old - .01-.08 + BAC level of:

.05 – doubles risk of crashing

.10 – 6x greater risk of crashing

.15 – 25x greater risk of crashing
