From Store Operations to Financial Administration, the comprehensive 12 month induction and training programme will equip you with all the skills required to help you be the best you can be. And when you are ready, we'll give you a multi-million euro area of 3 to 5 stores to run as if you owned it. In return, we offer an industry-leading remuneration which includes a starting salary of €61,000, rising to €92,000 after four years, a fully expensed Audi A4, private healthcare, pension and life assurance.
