• By phone, the orders are made directly to the inventory and check the availability. The payment methods could be only by creidt card.

• With the help of the information technology, the internet has also become an important system of buying.

• The process by internet is much more easier than the phone ordering process. The order is taken automatically and send the order to the inventory to see the availavility, then the products are shipped thru the door of the customers.

• The methods of payment by internet are only by credit card.

• The orders are shipped by priority and express mail and take from 3 to 5 business days. The shipping have different tariffs depending of the amount and the size of the product.

• Nowadays is shipping their products only in the US and Canada.

• Also have some conditions for shipping like restrictions in hazardous materials and firearms.
