Career Objectives

I wish to gain experience in the field of Civil Engineering with a particular interest in mega project

management where special construction techniques and innovations are required to complete the job

within a timeframe.

Interests

I enjoy sport, music and outdoors activities. I currently manage a well-known local hip hop artist in

my spare time when I am not otherwise playing poker or soccer.

I am inspired by great things and my ambition is to be a great leader. I take direction well and do

not just do what everyone else does. I question every move and in times of change I believe people

need to change, not just to do things cause of the way it has been done in the past. I am a very polite

- Applying TRH4 Design Catalogue (Structural design of urban & rural roads 1996) and

forecasted/estimated number of E80’s (Equivalent Standard Axle of 80 kN) to determine the

typical pavement class needed to meet design requirements and specifications of required

roads to be constructed/upgraded.

To use the Manager’s reasonable endeavours to advance and promote the Artist’s career. This was chiefly done by developing a formal artist portfolio, used together with updated press releases to arrange for media interviews / publications for online media, and sending proposals to event organisers / representatives to gain public exposure.

To advise and consult with the Artist regarding collection of income and the incurring of expenditure. It is important that the Manager and the Artist regularly consult and discuss the development of the Artist’s career both in terms of assessing its past and present success, and its future direction.

To consult regularly with the Artist and keep the Artist informed of all substantial activity undertaken by the Manager, and to discuss the Artist’s career development generally, providing encouragement through motivation and occasionally offering constructive criticism.

To advise the Artist on appointing booking agents, accountants, lawyers, sponsors, merchandisers and other agents with due consideration to the Artist’s moral views. A three month business plan was set up by Alex to entice potential investors and stakeholders.
