Alexander Mann Solutions is the world’s leader in talent acquisition and management services and employs over 2,400 people. This project represents Alexander Mann Solutions new global headquarters, situated at 7-11 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project was procured via a design and build procurement route and delivered
by leading London fit-out company Area Squared, part of the Fourfront Group.
JAC were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy
services. In addition, the JAC Furniture team provided cost management and
consultancy on the furniture procurement that was delivered by Sketch.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
The building is conveniently situated in a City Core location between the Bank of
England and Lloyd’s of London. Close by are the vibrant amenities of Leadenhall
Market, the Royal Exchange and Spitalfields.
