The action made by two objects.

• It can be dynamic or static.• The deformation that disappears after the interactions action is called elastic deformation.

• The deformation that still continues after the interaction stops is called plastic deformation.

Interactions effects-Static: deformation of the bodies(elastic, plastic, breaking).-Dynamic: Changing the moving(starting, accelerating, stopping, braking, changing the direction)

Examples of interactionsTennis racket and the ball•Tennis rackets action on the ball makes the ball change its

Table tennis paddle and the ball•Table tennis paddles action changes the direction of the ball.

INTERACTION AND FORCE

What kind of food do the sport people have to eat for playing these sports

-A sports man always needs to eat a balanced diet. He cannot eat too much fats. Athletes and those that play sports may need to eat a lot more food. This is because they can burn off a lots of calories much quicker compared to those who don't do exercise.

Food recommended for sport people: -plenty of protein (found in meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, nuts, and dairy foods), carbohydrates (whole grains are the best sources), vitamins (found in fruits and vegetables) and minerals like calcium. -for having strong muscles: all types of proteins, for example, fish, meat, chicken, nut.

-for being fast in reactions: low weight at the same time be very strong.

Vitamins and minerals can help you develop your quick stamina.

And strength can be built up using proteins-fish, chicken and so on. -for having healthy bones: calcium, milk and also vitamin D.

WE NEED 2L OF WATER EACH DAY!Water is very important for all athletes. They must prevent from getting dehydrated.
