As Project Engineer at CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc., I am writing this letter of recommendation for

Alexis Clarke.

I’ve had the honor of both supervising and working beside Alexis during the construction of a large scale

utility solar farm in Lancaster, California. With a tight schedule put on our company to complete this

solar project, there was no room for mistake and Alexis focused each day on helping to ensure we met

our schedule.

During this time, not a day has gone by where she has not impressed me with her capabilities and her

willingness to complete the tasks she has been assigned. Alexis played a critical role in overseeing the

manpower, helping to enroll and supervise a construction crew of nearly 100 individuals, processing

payroll for each crew member, updating and tracking a tight budget and, above all else, keeping an

infectiously positive attitude in an environment where tight deadlines added much stress. Alexis has

been a valuable addition to our team and we could not have completed the job without her efficiency

and positive attitude.
