History about AlibabaIn 1995, an English teacher called Jack Ma first time went to the United State. He worked as a translator when he was in America. At that period of time, one person displayed the internet to him and told him that everything could be found on the internet. Ma was interested in it and then he searched beer. However, there were no results. In fact, he could barely found anything about China on the Internet at all. When he backed home, Ma decided to set up China Pages, an almanac of numerous Chinese firms looking for customs abroad, the nation's first internet business. Nevertheless, China Pages was a failure. Four years later, Ma tried another internet business. This was his second company called Alibaba.(Onfro, 2014)

TaoBao – Alibaba’s marketplace for sellers with more than seven million .Users are free to use the service and even sellers can list their items for free.

Alibaba.com – enables sales between importers and exporters from more than 200 countries and regions.

Tmall.com – Started in April 2008, Tmall is the website which sells global and elite brands.

Alipay – Alipay.com is a third-party online payment platform. The best part is that there is no transaction fees involved. Alipay controls 50% of China’s 600 million online payment accounts.
