Our full service design package is for the client who wants a unique touch for every aspect of their wedding. Whether it be a custom-made salvaged wood bar for a barn-inspired wedding, or a floral wall to display escort cards- this package takes the ordinary to the extraordinary. Our consultations and in-depth design presentations ensure that no detail is over-looked. We work along other design vendors (i.e. lighting, rentals, linens) to make your event unforgettable.

The Full Service Design Process The design process is one of our favorites to begin with each client. It is truly the “ wow” factor that makes each and every event unique and different. Our designers and production team prides themselves on creating designs that are a reflection of you! AKD Design Questionnaires This is where it all starts. We spend hours getting to know you and to make sure that your event is a reflection of who you are as a couple. Our AKD Design Questionnaires that we have you fill is one of our favorite tools that enable us to paint a picture that captures your personal style and love. Consultation Meetings Unlimited meetings to review design questionnaires and to discuss the details of your event. From color palette, save the dates, to tablescapes and lighting, we touch on every event of your event. Conceptualization and Revisions Determine an overall theme and color palette for the event as well as conceptualize unique design ideas for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Elements including but not limited to: any and all floral elements, bars, tablescapes, guestbook displays, food stations, escort cards, furniture rentals and lighting. Each element will be meticulously designed to reflect you as a couple. Wedding Mood Board Here we present you with a comprehensive overview of the mood and style of your wedding to ensure we have properly captured the look and feeling of your event. Stationary Suite Consultation on “paper and collateral” including, but not limited to: save the dates, invitations, ceremony programs, menu cards, etc. Design Proposal Here we gather all of the elements and inspiration for your event and present you with a proposal that reflects specific design choices. Tabletop Mockup To give you a tangible experience of how your wedding will look like, we will bring in any and all rentals and floral elements so that your event comes to life. Secure Vendors Negotiate and secure all design related vendors and contracts. Oversee and upkeep any and all rentals related to event (i.e.-linens, tableware, lighting, etc.).

Investment

Your designer’ s service fee is included in your package, and is based upon the time required to conceptualize and present design options. Additionally, they incorporate the time necessary to source and manage product and vendors as well as contract labor associated with the overall design. All product and, or “hard good” rentals incorporated in your design, production time, installation, delivery and strike will appear as separate line items on your design invoice.

This package is perfect for any client who wants would like help along every step of the way during the design process. From initial design consultations to understanding the look and feel you are wanting to convey, to the actual production of every detail, our in-house design and production team ensures that no detail has been overlooked. With access to all of AKD’ s specialty prop rentals to make your wedding uniquely yours, and our suggestions and assistance with securing any and all design related vendors, (i.e. Lighting, linens, rentals, etc.) we will work with you to create a seamless and cohesive design!

! !Basic Design Style! Starting at $500

Our basic design package is perfect for the crafty client who knows exactly how they want their wedding to look like. We come in and put that vision to life with a tabletop presentation so that you can make any adjustments, if any. From there, we execute your design for the big day!

The Basic Design Process Consultation Meetings An in person consultation at the Alicia K Designs studio, or over-the-phone meeting to review all inspirational photos, colors, and related materials as well as important details and wishes for your big day! Tabletop Review Here we provide all materials, florals, and rental ideas for an in-studio mock up design review. Floral arrangements and tablescapes are set up based on your design discussed in the prior meeting, and presented at the AKD clubhouse. During this meeting, we will inspect all aspects of the design mock-up and clarify any design wishes for day of. Communication Email communication is unlimited and encouraged during the length of your package

Investment Your designer’ s service fee is included in your package, and is based upon the time required to conceptualize and present design options. The cost of any rentals, floral arrangements needed to be created, and or rented for your mockup will be invoiced separately.
