    Toreceivea signal, its frequency and appropriate modulationmode should be selected. The signal can not be receivedclearly without selecting them correctly. As the unit hasAoto-matic Modulation ModeSelection function, appropriate rnoou-lation mode is selected automatically in often-usedfrequencybands (See 51-@1)Automatic Modulation Mode SelectionFunction).The unit has three operational modes, VFO mode, Memorymode, and Cal lChannel mode.
