DESCRIPTION
The slides of a presentation about Alkaline Earth Metals. I really like the design. (Even though I was the one who did it!)TRANSCRIPT

Present in emeralds,
this lightweight, strong metal
is used in x-rays and in alloys
to make them tougher.
An element of ambiguities.
Essential to life on earth,
fuel for bullets and bombs.
This metal is truly everywhere: in your
paper, your chewing gum, the building
you live and even in your bones.
Used primarily in fireworks
and flares, strontium is always
the light of the party.
Looks like just another metal,
but cleans your car’s engine and
saves you from the x-rays.
