Alkhidmat has been working in Tharparkar since 1997 with an established network of on ground local volunteers to supervise :

Alkhidmat has planned a 10 acre multi-purpose complex in the poverty stricken desert district of Tharparkar with following facilities:
• Mother & Child Healthcare Center (MCHC)• Islamic Center & Masjid• School, College & Hostel• Water Filtration (RO) Plant• Veterinary Hospital• Vocational Training Center• Aghosh Alkhidmat (Orphanage)• Community Support Center• Ambulance Service
