I’d like to inform you of a unique sponsorship opportunity for All Aboard Fashion Excursion &

Fashion Show. In October 2014, All Aboard Fashion will host a fashion show aboard the

Carnival Liberty during a seven day Western Caribbean Cruise. This fashion show will be

available to all the passengers aboard the Liberty, and it will be included in the Carnival

Funtimes publication, which outlines daily activities aboard the cruise ship. The Liberty has the

capacity to house 2,974 passengers. The cruise will be preceded by a model competition, in

which a panel of judges will select eight models to participate in the All Aboard Fashion

showcase. This event is slated to have approximately 400 guests and will garner the support of

Columbia, SC’s local businesses, citizens and fashion community, as well as its surrounding

cities and towns in the Southeast region of the United States.

All Aboard Fashion was created by Mahogany Me LLC with the purpose of providing a lavish

annual event for fashion enthusiasts, one that would be memorable and resound within the

fashion community. The event premiered in October 2013, and was coupled with a precursory

event, Fall in Love with Fashion, that featured a model competition where winning models were

chosen to walk the runway during the All Aboard Fashion showcase. For its initial year, the

event was held aboard the Carnival Fantasy during a five day Bahamas cruise.

Fall in Love with Fashion was a success drawing over 100 guests, while securing vendors and

sponsors from local and regional businesses. Some of the audience members included local

celebrities, like Janet Parker, news anchor at WACH Fox; Alicia Zeigler, founder of Columbia

Fashion Week and the Columbia Fashion Alliance; and Adrien Lake, on air radio personality at

Power 98 FM in Charlotte, NC. Because of such a successful pre-event, All Aboard Fashion was

able to take five models and a team of makeup artists and hair stylists on the cruise for a sunset

photo shoot at sea.

We invite your organization to be a sponsor for the 2014 All Aboard Fashion events. We offer

several levels of sponsorship. We are also accepting in kind donations to include in guest gift

bags, to give away as model prizes, or that may help with the overall production of the event. A

sponsorship kit is enclosed with this letter, which explains the different levels of sponsorship and

incentives.

All Aboard Fashion Model & Stylist Competition has become a highly anticipated event because

of the success we had from our inaugural year. Our target audience consists mainly of

individuals ranging in ages 25-50. This age group represents a combination of the two largest

consumer sectors according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. Research also shows that these

age groups spend mostly on housing, food, transportation, and healthcare, consecutively.

This year we are anticipating a much larger audience than last year. Through aggressive and

creative PR, marketing and promotion, we expect an audience of 400 guests. So what have we

done differently this year? This year we’ve recruited specialists and directors who are experts in

their areas of responsibility so that we can attain our new, however still modest, goals.

In addition to the new efforts previously mentioned, we will continue to work with regional,

national, and international celebrities to increase visibility and draw attention to the event. Last

year, international designer, Stevie Boi was our guest host. Also in attendance was Adrien

“Vonyetta” Lake, on air radio personality; Alicia Zeigler, founder of Columbia Fashion Week,

and Janet Parker, WACH Fox 57 News Anchor.
