They help you breathe. The second part is the trachea. Its in your throat and is where oxygen comes in and out. The third part is the diaphragm. It is a muscle that pulls in air to your mouth and nose. The last part is the mouth and nose, which you breathe through. These are the parts of the respiratory system. You need exercise to be healthy. Exercise is good for you. It helps bring in more oxygen. You breathe out carbon dioxide, which is a clear gas. Keep your lungs healthy and they will thank you for life.
